Refund Policy

Canceling a preorder
You can cancel your preorder for a full refund anytime before it ships on November 5, 2026. Just email community@iheartnaptime.net with your name and order number. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled, but it may be eligible for a return (see below).

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Books must be in new, unused condition. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refundable. To start a return, email community@iheartnaptime.net with your order number before sending anything back, and we’ll send you a return addres. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive the book.

Damaged books
All books come bubble wrapped to protect your books, but please inspect your book as soon as it arrives. If it was damaged in shipping, email community@iheartnaptime.net right away with your order number and a photo of the damage so we can send you a replacement.
